Block "Leads":

The widget contains the following data:

  • If several craters are configured in your account, we can switch between them to view the relevant data

  • The top digits in the widget (just under the name of the stage) show the current number of transactions that are in this stage, in the context of the period selected at the top.

  • The digits inside the arrow indicate how many leads went to this stage, that is, if the lead was created at this stage, then in the arrow it will not be counted.

  • The lower digit shows how many leads "fell off" at this stage (after this stage it went to the stage "Closed and unrealized").

  • The very first digit "New" indicates the number of "unsorted applications" created for the selected period of time. Displays if unsorted is connected and / or you are under the user with the rights of viewing unsorted.

When the lead goes from the unsorted to the first status of the pipeline in the first arrow becomes 1 lead more.

  • In the last block we see the number of leads won.

  • When you click on the number in the arrows, the list of leads for the specified time interval (day, week, month) is displayed for the selected managers

Widget as a round chart:

The widget shows the following data:

  • Stages of sales - the percentage is taken from the total number of transactions for the specified period of time (day, week, month) for the selected managers.

  • "Manager leads" also take a percentage of the total number of leads for the specified period of time (day, week, month) for the selected managers.

  • In the central circle is written the total budget of transactions and the number of active (open) transactions for the specified time period (day, week, month) for the selected managers.

  • Arcs of circles depend: the left of the percentage on the stages of sales, the right of interest on managers.

Block "TO-DOS"

  • overdue tasks

    shows the number of overdue tasks for the specified time zone (day, week, month) for the selected managers. The number of tasks that were overdue during this period (including completed ones) is shown. The lower right corner indicates the number of overdue tasks for the previous period (last day, week, month), indicating the difference in figures in percent. When you click on a number, you can go to the relevant data.

  • current TO-DOS

    shows the number of tasks that must be performed by the selected manager (including those that are overdue). In the lower right corner, the number of tasks to perform for the previous period (last day, week, month) is indicated with the percentage difference in digits. When you click on a number, you can go to the relevant data.

  • completed TO-DOS

    shows the number of completed tasks for the specified time period (day, week, month) for the selected managers. In the lower right corner, the number of completed tasks for the previous period (last day, week, month) is indicated, indicating the difference in figures in percent. When you click on a number, you can go to the relevant data.

  • leads without TO-DOS

    shows the number of leads without tasks at the current time for the selected managers (the time filter (day, week, month) is not taken into account.

Block "Leads sources"

  • The order of the sources of leads depends on where the incoming unrequired bids came from within the specified time interval (day, week, month), regardless of the managers.

  • Greater value - is put by the most external circle, it is considered for 100% and takes ¾ of a circle. Concerning it other values of incoming applications are built.

  • If some source is not connected (or specially disabled), then it is highlighted in gray, even if it had applications.

With this widget, you can not go directly to data (only data visualization).

Block "Won leads"

  • This widget shows the number of leads that have been transferred to the closing status of the pipelinel - successfully completed within the specified time period (day, week, month) for the selected managers. In the bottom right corner, the number of successfully completed transactions for the previous period (last day, week, month) is indicated with the percentage difference in digits. When you click on a number, you can go to the relevant data.

Block "Emails"

  • This widget shows the number of all messages (incoming / outgoing / deleted) that were received / sent within the specified time period (day, week, month), regardless of the selected managers. In the lower right corner, the number of letters for the last period (last day, week, month) is indicated, indicating the difference in figures in percent. When you click on a number, you can go to the relevant data.

Block "Notes"

  • This widget shows the number of notes that were added to the entity (transaction, contact, company) for the specified time period (day, week, month), regardless of the selected managers. In the lower right corner, the number of notes for the previous period (last day, week, month) is indicated with the percentage difference in digits. When you click on a number, you can go to the relevant data.

Block "Tags"

  • This widget shows the top 10 tags in leads created during the specified time period (day, week, month) for the selected managers.

Block "Leads by user"

  • This widget shows the number of transactions in all statuses of the selected managers at a given time regardless of the selected time zone (day, week, month). Gradation is based on the number of transactions, if the number is the same, then the budget is graded. A maximum of 11 managers are displayed. When you click on the figure, go to the relevant data.

Block "Perspective sales"

  • This widget shows the sales forecast based on the current number of active leads and their budget for all pipelines (in the analytics section - sales analysis, you can also see the forecast for each of the pipelines). Data does not depend on the selected time zone (it takes the current data), but it depends on the selected manager. Also, the widget does not allow you to go to the data when you click on the numbers.

Block "Calls"

  • This widget shows the number of incoming and outgoing calls for the specified time period (day, week, month), regardless of the selected managers. The lower right corner indicates the number of incoming and outgoing calls for the previous period (last day, week, month) with the percentage difference in digits. When you click on a number, you can go to the relevant data.

Block "Leads"

  • This widget shows the last created leads in all current statuses for the selected managers, regardless of the specified time period (day, week, month).

Block "Last files"

  • Displays attached files to leads, contacts, companies and customers for the selected period.

Block "Activity over the week"

  • Displays completed tasks for the selected manager by type (for example, the completion of the task "Contact the customer" will create a record "Call." Also displays tasks of custom types

Block "Goals"

  • Displays the result on the sales plan that is configured in the "Analytics" -> "Goals" section, it does not depend on the selected period on the Desktop. Under the sum of the result of the plan, you can see the percentage that shows how much the sum remains to complete the transactions in order to reach the plan of the previous period.

Block "NPS"

  • NPS (Net Promoter Score) collects statistics - the percentage of customer estimates. In order for the widget to start collecting statistics, you need to enable NPS in the settings, the System provides an estimate only on a ten-point scale.

Block "System usage this week"

  • The system considers how much the user was in the system "online". Also, the percentage will show how much less or more the user was in the system, depending on the selected time period on the desktop. That is, if you select the "week" period on the desktop, it will show how much the user was in the account this week (from Monday to today), and in percent will show how much more or less time the user spent in the system for exactly the same period, but last week / month.

Online status will be lost in cases if:

  • Minimize / Close the system window

  • Go to another browser tab (web version)

  • Open another program to full screen

  • Disable Internet

In the cases listed above, the system will not assume that the user was on the system.

Block "Recent activity"

  • Adding a new contact.

  • Adding a new deal.

  • Adding a new company.

  • Change in sales stages for transactions.

  • Add a note to the transaction, contact or company.

  • Emails sent.

  • Incoming and outgoing phone calls.

  • Completed tasks.
