You can add a note/to-do or send an email in a lead card. In the bottom panel of the right side of the card, when you click on "Note" - "To-do" - "Chat" - "E-mail", a drop-down selection box will appear. There you can add a note, add a to-do, send an email and text in the chat.

If the lead has no to-dos, the panel at the bottom will appear saying that you do not have any scheduled tasks.

The last action of the user remains by default. So, the last used action by the user is saved. This is done by the system by default. This applies only to the note, e-mail and chat. The to-do selection is not taken into account.

Pin a note.

To pin a note in the lead card, go to the "Leads" section. Open the lead, click on the right side of the note, a menu on the note will appear. Click on "Pin" button:

To unpin a note, click on the right side of the note, a menu on the note will appear. Click on "Unpin" button.
