Complete export of data in our system cannot be done. You can export only 500 leads, contacts or companies.
However, on the professional plan you can make a full backup in Excel format. If you have this tariff, you need to do the following:
- Go to the "Settings" section, open the "General settings". Below is the "Backup" tab. Here you can click on "Generate backup today" or set up automatic backup once a week or once a month. Also you have the option to turn it off – select "Never". Backup is generated between 4 PM and 4 AM GMT even if it is requested for today. When backup is ready, you will be notified by email.
- In some time, you will receive a file with all the account data: all leas, all contacts, all companies, all tasks, all users. The backup section will also display the history when the backups were made. At any time, you can download your database from the list.
This data is not intended for further import through the interface, since the files contain ID of leads, contacts, users and tasks. You can use this file to add data to your account using the API.
