Create a new contact or company
  1. Press the Contacts button in the left upper corner;

  2. Click the "Add Contact" button in the top right corner of the screen.

After clicking the "Add contact" button, you can fill in the contact information such as:

  1. Contact name and surname;

  2. Responsible user of the contact (by default, the owner of the account will be the responsible user);

  3. Position;

  4. Phone number;

  5. Email address;

  6. Additional contact details (such as skype, etc.)

  7. The contact’s company;

  8. Information about the company;

  9. Note for the contact;

  10. The task for the contact;

  11. The lead of the contact.

After filling in the required fields, you need to click the "Save" button.

Creating a company

To add a company, you need to select "All contacts and companies" in the "Lists" section, and click "Add company". You can also Add a company from the "Companies" section.

Next, you need to go to the company's editing interface, where you fill out the fields:

  1. Company name;

  2. Responsible user of the company;

  3. Fill in the company fields (phone number, email, website and address);

  4. Add company contact (if there is one)

  5. After filling in the required fields, you need to click the "Save" button.

Creating a lead in a contact or a company

You can quick add a lead to a contact / company. To do this, go to the contact (company), select the "Leads" tab, click "Quick Add".

In this section, you can see all the leads the contact or the company participated in.
