You can create a customer automatically under certain conditions in the “Leads” section. To do this, go to the "Leads" section, click on the "Setup Pipeline", set the trigger "Create customer" at a certain stage.

You can select fields that will be transferred to the "Customer" by selecting the correspondence fields. When the "Customer" is created automatically, the Contact or the Company will transfer to this Customer with their notes only.

At the moment, when the customer is automatically created, fields will be transferred from the lead to a customer. Notes don’t transfer from the lead to a customer. If the difference between creating a note and creating a customer is not more than 24 hours, notes of the related contact and the related company will be transferred to a customer. After creating the customer's card, all notes from the contact and the company will be transferred automatically.
