The whole converstation history with a client will be displayed in the amoCRM Client Card. Under the LiveChat tab card you’ll see all the customer's data connected to the CRM system. LiveChat is compatible with all types of mobile gadgets. This allows customers to contact you, even on the go!

How to

integrate

First of all you should register on LiveChat web-site. After this you’ll get an email from the LiveChat support team with a link to activate your account. Follow this link and activate your account. You’ll get your own chat code. Copy and paste it on your website before closing the tag. Ask your webmaster to assist if needed. Next you should get your webhooks’ links. For that follow sections “Settings” → “Add-ons & Extensions” in amoCRM and choose the LiveChat widget.
