How it

works

Install Asterisk to make calls directly from amoCRM and keep track of all conversations, as all calls will be attached to the client’s card. All calls are logged in the amoCRM notification board, so that you’ll never miss a request. Asterisk will also suggest creating a new number if the number of the incoming call has not yet been registered in your amoCRM account.

How to

integrate

To install this widget, you need to download the archive with the connection script and the instructions. Then save the script on the Asterisk server. Follow the instructions, set up Asterisk, and indicate the file path in the widget’s settings. Make sure to match internal numbers with amoCRM users. Because this widget is free, it should be set up and maintained by your own developers.
