The system has several sections of analytics, where you can view statistics on tasks.

Consolidated report

In this section, you can see the total number of tasks in the account, the percentage by type of task and the person responsible for the task. Also you can configure the filter by the date of creation and execution of tasks.

Employee Report

In this section, you can see the total number of tasks in the account, the percentage by type of task and the person responsible for the task. Also you can configure the filter by the date of creation and execution of tasks.

List of events

In this section, you can filter on the "task completion" and "task result" events, and also add a filter to the period and responsible managers.

Leads pipeline

In the section "Leads" (pipeline), scroll up, a tape of statistics will be displayed on the tasks:

  • how many tasks in the deals is for today

  • how many deals without tasks

  • how many overdue tasks in transactions

  • how many tasks today and how many were yesterday

You can filter transactions by these parameters, simply by clicking on the numbers.

In-transaction statistics

In the transaction in the "Statistics" tab, you can see activity statistics, including the number of tasks in it and in related contacts and companies.
