Intercom

Connect Intercom – the business messaging platform for sales, marketing and support teams in your amoCRM account. You will be able to receive and respond to messages straight from the lead card. 😎

How to install & use

Installing Intercom is simple: 👇

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations and select Intercom
  2. Click on Install
  3. Click on Log in with Intercom
  4. You will be redirected to authorize the connection
  5. Click on Authorize access
  6. Match the Intercom and amoCRM account users
  7. Click on Save
  8. Intercom has been successfully installed in your amoCRM account. 🕺

    Once installed, add the Intercom chat in the desired pipeline.

    1. In the pipeline click on Setup pipeline
    2. Click on Add source
    3. In the Widget section select Intercom

    All new incoming messages will arrive in the pipeline. 🧐

    You can respond to the messages straight from the lead card, and all of the communication will be reflected both in amoCRM and the Intercom chat.
