How to Integrate amoCRM with PieSync?

To connect amoCRM you need to input your amoCRM domain name, your amoCRM username, and your API key.

To start using your amoCRM with PieSync you need to create a 14-day free PieSync trial and then authorize amoCRM and the app you want it to sync with.Alternatively, if you already have PieSync account and have used amoCRM with PieSync in the past, you can simply choose your amoCRM account from connected accounts. And you're good to go! Now, you need to choose amoCRM and the app you want it to sync with, say Aircall, and set up the parameters of the sync.

Set Up Your Contacts Data Sync

Once you authorize amoCRM and the app of your choice, you can choose either a two-way sync, which is chosen by default, or alternatively a one-way sync.

There are 2 rules in a two-way sync: [IF] and [THEN]. PieSync allows you to define exactly what data to move between apps.

  • [IF] includes tags, contact owner, linked leads, tasks, and fields
  • [THEN] includes adding and removing tags, and updating fields
Depending on what app you want to sync amoCRM with, PieSync will automatically map contact fields with each other. If you want an all-to-all sync, then PieSync does this automatically and you don't need to change anything else. You can also map map other amoCRM fields that aren't included in the default, however your custom fields are not able to be synced.

Pro tip : you should set up the sync, so that it includes not only contacts but also segmentation, tags, groups, categories, custom attributes, etc.

Default Field Mapping

Depending on the other app you're syncing with, you'll see a number of standard amoCRM fields being mapped. For instance, a connection with Google Contacts will look something like this:

Syncing Deletions

Not only can you set up a two-way contact sync, it also works on deletions. Set up a sync deletions between Google and amoCRM and whenever a contact is deleted in Google Contacts, a tag will be created in amoCRM called 'PieSync Trash', so you can decide whether to delete this contact in amoCRM too.

Syncing Unsubscribers

Similarly to syncing deletions, you are able to set up a connection between amoCRM and a marketing tool such as MailChimp. This means that whenever a contact unsubscribes, a tag will be created in amoCRM called 'PieSync Unsubscribes', so you can decide what action should you take in your amoCRM account.
