In different sections of analytics, there are different filters.

Consolidated report

In this section, there are the following display modes: by day, by week and by month, with which you can generate indicators for new and won sales.

There are also a number of custom filters:

  • By date - by creation or closing date

  • By the status of the lead - you can choose one or more statuses

  • By the manager - you can choose one or more responsible users for entities

  • By tag - you can also apply a filter by tags

Win-Loss analysis

In the sales pipelines, several display modes are possible:

By status:
  • All. The pipeline displays leads of all statuses.

  • Active. In the pipeline, only open leads are displayed.

  • Closed. In the pipeline, only leads that are closed with the status "Closed-one" or "Closed-list" are displayed.

By the budget:

It shows the percentages of how many leads with a particular status are taken from the total budget of leads.

By quantity:

It shows the percentages of leads with a particular status taken from the total number of leads.

You can also apply custom filters in this report.

Report by activities

You can build your own comparative table for managers, choose independently by what criteria to compare the work of managers of your sales department. And also choose the period for which you want to receive data.

Further, when you click on the surname of each manager, you can see more detailed information on their work.

List of events

In the event list, you can filter events by the following criteria:

  • By date

  • By author - here you can select any user in your account

  • By object: lead, contact, company, customer, lists, tasks

  • By event - the specific action that occurred with the object

You can also filter by value before and after the change

Calls

In this section, you can select the groups by which calls will be displayed, you can select a specific group or all. The following filters also exist:

  • By number - displays the number of outgoing calls made, received incoming calls and total amount of calls for each user

  • By duration - displays the duration of the outgoing calls received, incoming calls received and the total amount of calls for each user

  • By type: all - displays both incoming and outgoing calls.

Custom filters

In this section, you can select the groups by which calls will be displayed, you can select a specific group or all. The following filters also exist:

  • By date. Calls made for a certain date are displayed.

  • By essence, in which the call was made

  • By the manager - the calls made by the selected employee are displayed

  • By duration - indicates the duration in seconds

  • By the status of the call - the ability to set the call status is only available for some widgets

Goals

In order to have the following display modes:

  • By the budget - shows the state of sales for the budget of closed transactions committed for a certain period of time, a specific manager or the entire group

  • By quantity - the state of sales is shown by the number of closed transactions made for a certain period of time, by a specific manager or by the whole group.

The filters have the ability to make a selection:

  • "Managers" - you can choose managers from any department by name. After that they will be presented in the schedule.

  • "Month" and "Year" - in these fields there is an opportunity to put a specific month and year in order to view in the chart successful leads responsible for a certain month.
