Error: Suspicion for spam

This error means that when you try to send mail. Sending was rejected by the mail server, with the error "Suspicious for spam." To find out the reason for this error, you need to contact the mail service support, we do not receive any more information. We only have the very reason for not sending a letter.

When sending a letter directly from the mail, it sends without errors.

This is due to what you send directly, through the mail service. In the case of sending from amoCRM, we act as integration, since we send letters to your server, and then we send it from there.

Not sent: Authorization error. Repeat.

Perhaps you changed the password. To reconnect the mail, you need to:

  1. Go to the "Mail" section;

  2. In the upper right click on "More";

  3. Select the desired box;

  4. Click to disable mail (do not delete letters).

After you need to connect the mailbox back:

  1. Authorization passed by username and password, then you need to click "Enable" and enter the password again.

  2. Authorization passed by OAuth, then you need to click "Enable" you will transfer to the access permission page, click "Enable". (you must be authorized on the site under your login and password).

"Insufficient rights" error when sending a message

This status indicates that according to the rules of the SMTP server client from this name (a connected box in amoCRM) can not be sent and to find out the reasons, you need to contact the administrator of the mail server

Invalid server data

Check, please:

  1. Whether the password is correct, try to recheck the password again (go to another browser / incognito - enter the email and password manually or write the password in "Notepad" and copy it to the field (no spaces);

  2. If the box is on a smaller provider, like Gmail, Outlook, Yandex, Mail, and others. Try to connect this mailbox, through the mail client (Outlook, Thunderbird and others). It is necessary to clarify the correct connection parameters from the system administrator or from the provider / hoster itself.
