To access the integration go to your amoCRM account > Settings > Integrations > Dropbox

Installing Dropbox in amoCRM takes just 2 simple steps:

  • Accept the privacy policy and click on install.
  • Click allow to authorize the connection between amoCRM and Dropbox.
  • Dropbox has been successfully installed and an amoCRM folder is created in your Dropbox account. ✅

How to use Dropbox in amoCRM

The integration allows you to increase your account storage capacity by attaching files in amoCRM lead cards which are then saved in Dropbox.

When adding a new note in a lead card, click on the Dropbox button to select the file you want to attach in the lead. The note will be saved and you will be able to access the Dropbox file directly in the lead card.
