When leads are displayed in the list view, you have the opportunity to customize the columns of the lead.
To customize the list of leads, you should:
- Open leads in the list view;
- Click the "More" button in the upper right corner of the screen;
- Click on "List settings"
In the list settings window, you can move lead fields to the list by dragging.
The checkbox "For all users" is for changing the format of leads list view for all users of your amoCRM.
After the completion of the format of the lead table, click "Done" Note that the table settings don’t save if there are no leads in your amoCRM account.
How do I change the size of columns?
To do this, you need to drag the column outside and pull it to the right or left. If you do not have leads, you can not change the columns.
Is it possible to add an additional field in the lead when viewing all leads (view "Pipeline")?
Unfortunately, in the "Pipeline" leads view, in the standard functionality there is no possibility to add additional fields to the leads. You can display the fields you need in the "List" view table.
In the "Pipeline" view mode, you can sort leads. To do this, click on the three dots on the top right and select the appropriate sorting option:
- By last message
- By last event
- By creation date
- By name
- By sale
Each option has an additional sort order: ascending / descending or new first / old first. To select it, just press one or two times on the sort option and the arrow next to the option will indicate the order applied.
In the "List" view, you can set the sorting by clicking on the name of the field in the table. You can sort by fields that relate to the lead. You can’t sort by fields of related contacts or companies. Sorting options: ascending / descending or new first / old first depending on the format of the field.
Also, by clicking on these fields you can apply a filter.
