By combining amoCRM and Twilio you add SMS to your communication tools. You will be able to create an efficient text messaging strategy using amoCRM’s features which will help you achieve more sales and create long-lasting relationships with your customers.
Simply select the desired contact in the contact list and send the text messages straight through. With the help of mass actions, you can send messages to multiple contacts at the same time. Be sure to use our customizable templates to send pre-configured messages. It’s also possible to automatically add data from some of the contact fields, like name, address, etc. All of the text messages will be saved in the lead card.
The Twilio SMS integration is built-in and designed by the amoCRM team. You need a Twilio account and SMS phone number. Installing is simple, simply copy the Account SID and Auth token from the Twilio account dashboard and paste them in amoCRM.
