The Skype integration is built-in and designed by the amoCRM team. To begin, you should log in or register at portal.azure.com. There, you need to register a new Bot Channel. After doing so, enter the bot ID and bot secret in amoCRM. Once that is done, a messaging endpoint is provided by amoCRM, which will be added to bot’s settings. The bot is then connected to amoCRM and can be used to communicate with your clients!
