Tidio Chat is a live chat service that creates direct contact between the retailer and customer in the online marketplace.
How it works
Integration with Tidio Chat allows you to create new contacts in your amoCRM panel directly from the conversation in the chat. Enter your client's name and email address and save it directly to amoCRM. The whole conversation in Tidio Chat will then be imported into a contact's card as a note. In case you already have a contact with the same email in amoCRM, the conversation will be added to the existng contact card.
How to integrate
To set up integration with Tidio Chat, you will have to have add the chat service to your website, then add the amoCRM integration using your API Key, account login and subdomain. For detailed step-by- step instructions, please check the knowledge base article .
